Our purpose-designed and built modular and mobile facilities provide our clients with new or replacement Operating Theatres, Wards, Endoscopy Suites and Decontamination and Diagnostic Units. As part of our solution to our clients we also support them with clinical teams and equipment.


Responsibilities for the Project Cost Controller role:

  • Maintain a rolling monitor of financial information on current Project status
  • Split out Project variances into over/under-spend categories
  • Identify additional/reduced works against plan for potential recharge or refund to customer
  • Set-up and maintaining a Process Control system for the Projects
  • Ensure raising of Purchase Order’s and any variances to Purchase Orders are authorised in line with Policy
  • Identifying status of Purchase Order’s and matching the raised Purchase Order’s with group companies
  • Working alongside local finance colleagues to ensure allocation of invoices to Purchase Order’s through the accounting systems
  • Liaise with Group finance colleagues to assist with Project tracking
  • Work with and support the operations team with their report on their own budgets
  • Liaise with stock controller to ensure stock gets allocated to the correct projects in a timely manner
  • Feedback any areas of spend variances to inform costing budgets and ensure pricing models are up to date
  • Develop and deliver relevant financial and non-financial management information within deadlines as required

Requirements for the Project Cost Controller role:

  • At least an MBO4 diploma in accounting, with 5 years working experience
  • Experience in Project Accounting
  • Extensive experience in Exact project administration is a must
  • Experience with Blue Ten is desirable, but not essential
  • Advanced Excel skills; ability to manage complex data, Macros and Pivot tables
  • Communication requirements (both verbal and in writing) Dutch native. English excellent
