Zdravotn\u00ed infrastruktura hr\u00e1la kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli p\u0159i ur\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed reakce na pandemii. Nemo\u017enost adaptace a p\u0159em\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed mnoha zdravotnick\u00fdch budov a pot\u0159eba usnadnit v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed pro kontrolu infekc\u00ed znamenala, \u017ee elektivn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de musela b\u00fdt pozastavena, aby se vytvo\u0159il kritick\u00fd prostor na l\u016f\u017eku JIP, tak\u017ee pacienti pot\u0159ebovali operaci. To vyvolalo pot\u0159ebu samostatn\u00fdch prostor daleko od hlavn\u00edho are\u00e1lu nemocnice, kter\u00e9 by umo\u017enily obnovit elektivn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di i v dob\u011b nouze. To zd\u016fraznilo v\u00fdznam flexibiln\u00edch zdravotnick\u00fdch prostor, kter\u00e9 lze znovu pou\u017e\u00edt pro jedine\u010dn\u00e9 pot\u0159eby nemocnice.<\/p>\n<p>V posledn\u00edch letech se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee jsou zapot\u0159eb\u00ed regenerativn\u00ed a do budoucna p\u0159ipraven\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed infrastruktury, aby se udr\u017eiteln\u011b a efektivn\u011b p\u0159izp\u016fsobila m\u011bn\u00edc\u00edm se pot\u0159eb\u00e1m ka\u017ed\u00e9 nemocnice v pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u010dasu. Modern\u00ed metody v\u00fdstavby (MMC) jsou \u00fa\u010dinnou alternativou k tradi\u010dn\u00edm cihl\u00e1m a malt\u011b, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed jsou instalov\u00e1na b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika t\u00fddn\u016f, nikoli let. S MMC, zejm\u00e9na modul\u00e1rn\u00ed konstrukc\u00ed, je v\u011bt\u0161ina v\u00fdstavby (90%) prov\u00e1d\u011bna mimo staveni\u0161t\u011b v tov\u00e1rn\u011b, co\u017e sni\u017euje zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a naru\u0161en\u00ed provozu na m\u00edst\u011b a zlep\u0161uje zdrav\u00ed a bezpe\u010dnost pracovn\u00edk\u016f. Udr\u017eitelnost je st\u00e1le d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm aspektem t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ka\u017ed\u00e9ho rozhodnut\u00ed, kter\u00e9 mus\u00ed poskytovatel zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de u\u010dinit, a nen\u00ed divu,\n<a href=\"https:\/\/noharm-europe.org\/ClimateFootprintReport\">\n kdyby byl glob\u00e1ln\u00ed zdravotnick\u00fd sektor zem\u00ed, byl by p\u00e1t\u00fdm nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm producentem sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f na planet\u011b.\n<\/a>\nModul\u00e1rn\u00ed zdravotnick\u00e9 budovy mohou b\u00fdt instalov\u00e1ny v are\u00e1lu nemocnice, daleko od hlavn\u00edho akutn\u00edho m\u00edsta, aby se maximalizovala kontrola infekce. Krom\u011b toho byla maximalizov\u00e1na kontrola infekc\u00ed, proto\u017ee samostatn\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 odd\u011blen\u00e9 od hlavn\u00ed budovy nemocnice, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje ochranu t\u00edm, \u017ee se do n\u00ed mohou dostat pouze pacienti s negativn\u00edm COVID. L\u00e9\u010debn\u00e9 centrum poskytuje p\u00e9\u010di pro nemocnice v oblasti jihoz\u00e1padn\u00edho Lond\u00fdna a je multispeci\u00e1ln\u00ed, prov\u00e1d\u00ed velkoobjemov\u00e9 a nen\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdkony, od obecn\u00e9 chirurgie po urologii a gynekologii. Zaveden\u00edm The Surgical Treatment Center v Lond\u00fdn\u011b a v\u011bnov\u00e1n\u00edm se elektivn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di se v\u0161ak zlep\u0161ily mo\u017enosti \u0161kolen\u00ed, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e jeden praktikant urologie v tomto za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed b\u011bhem p\u011bti m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f dokon\u010dil 297 operac\u00ed. To zd\u016fraznilo rozmanit\u00e9 v\u00fdhody modul\u00e1rn\u00edch zdravotnick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed nejen v existuj\u00edc\u00edch flexibiln\u00edch zdravotnick\u00fdch prostorech pro zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed kapacity, ale tak\u00e9 jako z\u00e1sadn\u00ed n\u00e1stroj pro rozvoj a udr\u017een\u00ed zdravotnick\u00e9ho person\u00e1lu.<\/p>\n<p>Flexibiln\u00ed prostory pro zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di skute\u010dn\u011b nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt zcela vystav\u011bny z modul\u00e1rn\u00edch komponent\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=3Qn4Med02HQ\">\n sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de\n<\/a>\njsou \u00fa\u010dinnou alternativou ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed kapacity nemocnic v kr\u00e1tk\u00e9m \u010dasov\u00e9m horizontu. \u0158e\u0161en\u00ed se sm\u00ed\u0161enou modalitou se skl\u00e1daj\u00ed z mobiln\u00edch i modul\u00e1rn\u00edch zdravotnick\u00fdch prostor, jako je chirurgick\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed instalovan\u00e9 v nemocnici Derriford, Plymouth, Spojen\u00e9 kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed. Zde spole\u010dnost Q-bital navrhla a nainstalovala \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 sest\u00e1valo ze dvou mobiln\u00edch opera\u010dn\u00edch s\u00e1l\u016f s lamin\u00e1rn\u00edm proud\u011bn\u00edm a modul\u00e1rn\u00edho podp\u016frn\u00e9ho centra, kter\u00e9 obsahovalo odd\u011blen\u00ed a prostory pro p\u00e9\u010di o zam\u011bstnance. T\u00fddn\u011b je dokon\u010deno p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 8\u201310 vitrektomi\u00ed a denn\u011b je dokon\u010deno 14 v\u00fdkon\u016f katarakty. Mobiln\u00ed opera\u010dn\u00ed s\u00e1ly umo\u017enily instalaci tohoto za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v je\u0161t\u011b krat\u0161\u00edm \u010dasov\u00e9m horizontu a postupem \u010dasu je lze odstranit a nahradit alternativn\u00edm mobiln\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm, kter\u00e9 nejl\u00e9pe odpov\u00edd\u00e1 pot\u0159eb\u00e1m tehdej\u0161\u00ed nemocnice. D\u00edky za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed jak mobiln\u00edch, tak modul\u00e1rn\u00edch prvk\u016f do tohoto n\u00e1vrhu byl chirurgick\u00fd komplex schopen z\u016fstat odd\u011blen\u00fd od hlavn\u00edho akutn\u00edho m\u00edsta, maximalizovat kontrolu infekce a z\u00e1rove\u0148 se vypo\u0159\u00e1dat s rostouc\u00edmi chirurgick\u00fdmi nevy\u0159\u00edzen\u00fdmi z\u00e1le\u017eitostmi, kter\u00fdm Trust \u010del\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Klinick\u00fd \u0159editel v nemocnici uvedl: \u201eM\u011bli jsme probl\u00e9m s kapacitou s\u00e1l\u016f v cel\u00e9 nemocnici, co\u017e znamenalo, \u017ee po\u010det sezen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 jsme byli schopni zajistit na na\u0161em p\u0159edchoz\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b ka\u017ed\u00fd t\u00fdden, klesl z 20 na 14.
