Atebion Gofal Iechyd Vanguard<\/a>, edrychodd y digwyddiad yn fanwl ar strategaethau seilwaith hyblyg i helpu Byrddau\u2019r GIG ledled y wlad i fodloni gofynion i leihau\u2019r amser y mae pobl yn aros am weithdrefnau diagnostig a llawfeddygol.<\/p>\nDaeth y digwyddiad ag uwch weithwyr proffesiynol ystadau, rheolwyr a chlinigol o bob rhan o\u2019r Alban ynghyd ac fe\u2019i cynhaliwyd y diwrnod ar \u00f4l cyhoeddi cyllid ychwanegol gan Lywodraeth yr Alban mewn ymgais i gwtogi amseroedd aros ar gyfer pobl sy\u2019n derbyn gweithdrefnau meddygol.<\/p>\n
Mae byrddau iechyd wedi cael buddsoddiad cychwynnol o tua \u00a327 miliwn fel rhan o strategaeth gwerth \u00a3850 miliwn i fynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2\u2019r mater.<\/p>\n
Cyhoeddwyd y Cynllun Gwella Amseroedd Aros ym mis Hydref y llynedd a\u2019i nod yw gwella amseroedd aros ar gyfer apwyntiadau cleifion allanol a chleifion mewnol yn sylweddol ac yn gynaliadwy, yn ogystal ag achosion dydd, erbyn Gwanwyn 2021.<\/p>\n

Agorwyd y digwyddiad gan Lindsay Dransfield, Cyfarwyddwr Masnachol yn Q-bital a ddywedodd wrth y cynadleddwyr am yr hanes hir o weithio Q-bital gyda Byrddau Iechyd yn yr Alban i\u2019w helpu i adeiladu datrysiadau a gwella eu gallu sy\u2019n ymestyn dros bron i 20 mlynedd.<\/p>\n
Meddai: \u201cMae Llywodraeth yr Alban yn cydnabod y galw cynyddol ar y system gyfan o iechyd a gofal ac mae wedi cyhoeddi cynllun gwella sy\u2019n canolbwyntio ar yr amser y mae pobl yn aros am y triniaethau hyn.<\/p>\n
\u201cRydym wedi bod yn gweithio gyda Byrddau Iechyd ledled yr Alban ers blynyddoedd lawer i ddefnyddio seilwaith dros dro, fel wardiau symudol, endosgopi a theatrau, fel ffordd hyfyw a chost-effeithiol o greu\u2019r capasiti ychwanegol mewn gwasanaethau theatr a chleifion mewnol sydd ei angen ar ysbytai.\u201d<\/p>\n
Clywodd y cynrychiolwyr hefyd gan Alan Ward a Kenny Oliver o Ysbyty Raigmore yn Inverness sydd wedi bod yn defnyddio uned Q-bital i hybu capasiti mewn gweithdrefnau orthopedig a bronnau, yn ogystal \u00e2 theatr achosion brys dros dro, ers sawl blwyddyn.<\/p>\n
Esboniwyd bod eu profiadau o ddefnyddio uned Q-bital yn y ffyrdd hyn wedi bod yn hynod gadarnhaol ac wedi eu helpu i weithio ar gapasiti uwch.<\/p>\n
Cafodd y cynadleddwyr gyfle hefyd i fynd ar daith o amgylch uned ar safle'r Jiwbil\u00ee Aur a ddefnyddir ar gyfer gweithdrefnau cataract yn unig ac sydd wedi bod yn ei lle ers dwy flynedd. Mae'r uned yn enghraifft o sut mae datrysiad symudol yn cael ei ddefnyddio mewn sefyllfa wirioneddol gan staff clinigol bob dydd.<\/p>\n
Ychwanegodd Lindsay: \u201cRoedd y digwyddiad yn ffordd wych o ddod \u00e2 gweithwyr proffesiynol o Fyrddau Iechyd a Llywodraeth yr Alban ynghyd ag eraill sy\u2019n gweithio yn y sector at ei gilydd i edrych ar yr hyn y gellir ei gyflawni trwy ddefnyddio atebion arloesol a chreadigol, megis symudol a dros dro. unedau.<\/p>\n
