Mae'r adroddiad, sydd eleni yn hawl 'Addasu i rymoedd newid yn 2020 a thu hwnt'<\/a>, yn canolbwyntio ar arolwg o arweinwyr y diwydiant gofal iechyd, a gynhaliwyd gan Wythnos Gofal Iechyd Awstralia (AHW) yr hydref hwn.<\/p>\n

Efallai nad yw\u2019n syndod bod canlyniadau arolwg eleni yn datgelu bod mwyafrif helaeth yr ymatebwyr yn credu y bydd Covid-19 yn newid y ffordd y mae gofal iechyd, ysbytai a chyfleusterau gofal oedrannus yn cael eu dylunio a\u2019u darparu yn y dyfodol.<\/p>\n

Daw\u2019r adroddiad i\u2019r casgliad bod y pandemig wedi rhoi sylw i ddiogelu\u2019r dyfodol. Mae cyfanswm o 64% o ymatebwyr eisoes yn gweithio mewn amgylchedd lle mae'r gofod presennol wedi'i drawsnewid neu ei ehangu mewn ymateb i'r achosion, tra bod 57% o ymatebwyr wedi dechrau cymryd camau tuag at ddiogelu eu cyfleuster gofal iechyd at y dyfodol er mwyn bodloni gofynion newidiol cleifion yn y dyfodol.<\/p>\n
