Cyfeirir at waith trawsnewidiol t\u00eem Vanguard wrth ddatblygu a sefydlu canolfan lawfeddygol annibynnol ar gyfer Ymddiriedolaeth Sefydledig GIG Ysbytai Prifysgol San Si\u00f4r fel astudiaeth achos arfer gorau yn yr adroddiad hwn.<\/p>\n<p>O ganlyniad uniongyrchol i effeithiau pandemig COVID-19, comisiynodd Ymddiriedolaeth Sefydledig GIG Ysbytai Prifysgol San Si\u00f4r ganolfan lawfeddygol a phenododd Vanguard i lunio ac adeiladu&#039;r cyfleuster annibynnol ym maes parcio Ysbyty&#039;r Frenhines Mary yn Roehampton. Cynlluniwyd y prosiect hwn gyda&#039;r uchelgais i ehangu capasiti a galluogi llawfeddygon i barhau i gyflawni gweithdrefnau arferol yn ddiogel ac ymdrin yn effeithlon \u00e2&#039;r \u00f4l-groniad mewn gofal dewisol.<\/p>\n<p>Gan ddeall y galw brys am y cyfleuster, datblygodd Vanguard gynnig a dyluniad pwrpasol ar gyfer yr Ymddiriedolaeth o fewn dim ond 10 diwrnod a gweithio ochr yn ochr \u00e2 gweithwyr proffesiynol i sicrhau y byddai&#039;r cyfleuster yn diwallu eu hanghenion a&#039;u disgwyliadau fel gweithwyr meddygol proffesiynol ac fel bodau dynol. Gan ddefnyddio Dulliau Adeiladu Modern (MMC), llwyddodd Vanguard i adeiladu&#039;r cyfleuster mewn llai na phedair mis, gan ganiat\u00e1u i lawdriniaethau gael eu cwblhau yn yr hwb o fis Mehefin 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Gan hwyluso tua 120 o driniaethau&#039;r wythnos, mae gan yr adeilad modiwlaidd bedwar theatr llawdriniaeth bwrpasol o safon uchel, ardal adferiad, ac ystafelloedd ymgynghori, yn ogystal \u00e2 lle ychwanegol ar gyfer cyfleusterau staff a mannau cyfleustodau. Unwaith y bydd y ganolfan yn agor i gefnogi llawdriniaethau bob 7 diwrnod o&#039;r wythnos, disgwylir y bydd yn gallu cyflawni 10,000 o driniaethau llawfeddygol y flwyddyn i gleifion o Ymddiriedolaethau ledled de-orllewin Llundain.<\/p>\n<p>Mae\u2019r ganolfan yn Roehampton yn canolbwyntio ar weithdrefnau dydd, cyfaint uchel, cymhlethdod isel ac yn darparu\u2019r gallu i gleifion gael cymorth cyn i\u2019w cyflyrau waethygu ac mae angen llawdriniaeth ddwysach, fwy heriol arnynt a fyddai fel arall yn gwaethygu\u2019r baich ar y GIG. Mae hyn fel arfer yn cynnwys cefnogi cleifion y mae angen llawdriniaeth blastig arnynt, gosod clun neu ben-glin newydd, tynnu&#039;r goden fustl, yn ogystal \u00e2 gweithdrefnau wroleg diagnostig.<\/p>\n<p>Yn hanfodol i&#039;w lwyddiant wrth gefnogi&#039;r GIG, roedd natur annibynnol y ganolfan yn caniat\u00e1u i brif adeilad yr ysbyty barhau i weithredu yn ystod y cyfnod adeiladu ac yn lleihau&#039;r risg o haint COVID-19 yn sylweddol oherwydd gwahanu&#039;r cyfleuster o&#039;r practis gofal ac\u00edwt. Gweithiodd creu&#039;r ganolfan lawfeddygol hefyd i leihau cystadleuaeth am theatrau llawdriniaeth gan greu argaeledd ar gyfer gweithdrefnau mwy cymhleth, risg uchel i&#039;w perfformio mewn safleoedd eraill ar draws y rhanbarth.<\/p>\n<p>Y tu hwnt i ddarparu capasiti ar gyfer triniaethau llawfeddygol mawr eu hangen, mae&#039;r ganolfan hefyd yn gweithredu fel gofod i hyfforddi&#039;r rhai a ddioddefodd golledion addysg yn ystod y pandemig, gan helpu i gefnogi gweithlu ehangach y GIG yn dilyn y pandemig.<\/p>\n<p>Mae natur fodiwlaidd cyfleusterau llawfeddygol - fel yr un yn Roehampton - yn blaenoriaethu hyblygrwydd, sy&#039;n golygu y gall y canolbwynt ymateb i alwadau newidiol ac anghenion lleol. Mae hyn yn galluogi canolfannau llawfeddygol i gael eu hadleoli a&#039;u crynhoi mewn rhai rhannau o&#039;r wlad lle mae&#039;r galw mwyaf, gan gefnogi ymhellach genhadaeth y Llywodraeth i leihau anghydraddoldebau rhanbarthol mewn canlyniadau iechyd a &#039;lefelu i fyny&#039; gofal iechyd.<\/p>\n<p>Gan ddangos effeithiolrwydd MMC arloesol wrth gynhyrchu canlyniadau o ansawdd uchel yn gyflym, mae canolfannau llawfeddygol yn cynnig ateb graddadwy ac effeithlon i leihau&#039;r \u00f4l-groniad mewn gofal dewisol.
