Yn fwyaf diweddar, treuliodd saith mlynedd gyda Specsavers Group, gan gynnwys mwy na phedair blynedd fel Rheolwr Gyfarwyddwr Newmedica, un o brif ddarparwyr gofal llygaid arbenigol y DU.
