Behovet <\/h3>\n

Hospitalet var ved at g\u00e5 ind i en renoveringsperiode, og det var vigtigt, at interventionelle radiologiprocedurer fortsatte i denne tid. Der var behov for yderligere kapacitet i minimum 19 m\u00e5neder, ikke kun til de radiologiske procedurer, men ogs\u00e5 for at reducere ventelister inden for neurokirurgi. <\/p>\n

Planen<\/h3>\n

Planen var at levere og installere en HTM-kompatibel hybrid operationsstue i december 2021. Hospitalet ville forts\u00e6tte med at bruge deres nuv\u00e6rende faciliteter, indtil byggeriet var f\u00e6rdigt. Vi var i stand til at levere den ekstra operationsstue p\u00e5 bare 12 uger fra kontrakt til overdragelse, hvilket gav hospitalet betydelige omkostnings- og effektivitetsbesparelser.<\/p>\n

L\u00f8sningen<\/h3>\n

Designet af det modul\u00e6re operationsstue var fremtidssikret og bygget i henhold til ISO5-standarder med 25 luftskifter i timen, med alle medicinske gastilslutninger og et udsugningssystem inkluderet som standard. Operationsstuen blev konfigureret til at inkludere den n\u00f8dvendige afsk\u00e6rmning og operationsboks. Levering af billeddannelsesudstyr var inkluderet i kontrakten, hvor Vanguard samarbejdede med Philips.<\/p>\n

Vi leverede ogs\u00e5 CDM og projektledelse, og vi arbejdede sammen med trustens team om at udvikle, designe, idrifts\u00e6tte og overdrage anl\u00e6gget samt opbygge en komplet forbindelseskorridorgr\u00e6nseflade. <\/p>\n

Hospitalsomr\u00e5det var p\u00e5 tre sider omgivet af travle kliniske omr\u00e5der, herunder en COVID-19-afdeling, som kr\u00e6vede s\u00e6rlige overvejelser s\u00e5som planl\u00e6gning af bl\u00e5 rute, opretholdelse af forbindelse til eksisterende kliniske omr\u00e5der, sundheds- og sikkerhedskrav til flere anvendelsessteder, sikker arbejdspraksis for COVID-19. og arbejde i st\u00f8jf\u00f8lsomme omr\u00e5der.  <\/p>\n

Resultatet<\/h3>\n

Faciliteten blev designet til at levere komplekse interventionelle radiologiske behandlinger og neurologiske procedurer, herunder rygkirurgi. Hospitalpersonalets store tilfredshed med b\u00e5de byggekvaliteten og projektgennemf\u00f8relsen har resulteret i en ordre p\u00e5 at bygge en anden modul\u00e6r operationsstue p\u00e5 stedet i 2023. <\/p>\n

Vores partnerskab med Philips<\/h3>\n

vi samarbejdede med Philips<\/a> at levere en HTM-kompatibel hybrid operationsstue udstyret med et Philips FlexMove-billeddannelsessystem. Sammen sikrede vi, at operationsstuen var fremtidssikret med et ultrarent ventilationssystem og r\u00f8ntgenafsk\u00e6rmning p\u00e5 plads. Vi designede loftet med en underkonstruktion til forst\u00e6rkning, s\u00e5 billeddannelsesudstyret kunne monteres, og forst\u00e6rkede gulvet for at installere et specialiseret fast operationsbord.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
