Behovet <\/h3>\n

Der var behov for yderligere overnatningskapacitet til trustens Emergency Village-program, som underst\u00f8tter Emergency Department. En 3-etagers, specialbygget bygning huser i \u00f8jeblikket kritisk pleje og Same Day Emergency Care-faciliteter, tilf\u00f8jelsen af en yderligere afdeling vil hj\u00e6lpe hospitalet med at lette ventelisteeftersl\u00e6b. <\/p>\n

Planen<\/h3>\n

I samarbejde med hospitalsteamet blev der udarbejdet en plan for en 24-sengs modulafdeling, skr\u00e6ddersyet til fondens behov, med 3 enkeltv\u00e6relser plus 21 senge i f\u00e6llesrum og alle n\u00f8dvendige st\u00f8tterum og faciliteter. <\/p>\n

L\u00f8sningen<\/h3>\n

Vores l\u00f8sning af et skr\u00e6ddersyet modulopbygget Healthcare Space med en 904m2<\/sup> Footprint skulle bygges ved hj\u00e6lp af moderne konstruktionsmetoder p\u00e5 vores modul\u00e6re produktionsanl\u00e6g i Holland. Samtidig kunne for- og jordarbejde udf\u00f8res p\u00e5 stedet, hvilket hj\u00e6lper med at forkorte den samlede tidsskala. <\/p>\n

Modulafdelingen ville blive transporteret til hospitalet til opf\u00f8relse og idrifts\u00e6ttelse p\u00e5 stedet. En 70 meter lang korridor ville blive oprettet som en forbindelse fra det nye anl\u00e6g til hospitalsbygningen. Al konstruktion fulgte HTM-standarder og tilh\u00f8rende HBN'er for en klinisk bygning, der bruges til at give afdelingsplads. <\/p>\n

En af vores hoveddesignere skabte det fulde anl\u00e6gsdesign (enhedsdesign, tegninger, specifikationer). Vores team har det overordnede ansvar for projektledelse, site survey og planl\u00e6gning. Vi samarbejdede med HCT Construction Consultants, som stillede en hovedentrepren\u00f8r til r\u00e5dighed med ansvar for CDMC for at sikre overholdelse af CDM 2015-reglerne.<\/p>\n

Resultatet<\/h3>\n

Vanguard tog anl\u00e6gget i brug inden for 5 m\u00e5neder efter projektets start og forts\u00e6tter med at udf\u00f8re den l\u00f8bende vedligeholdelse og service af enheden.  <\/p>\n

Vores partnerskab med HCT Construction Consultants<\/h3>\n

Vi samarbejdede med HCT Bygger\u00e5dgivere<\/a> at varetage CDM-styring og projektledelse. Den indledende besigtigelse af stedet (november 2021) gjorde det klart, at dette projekt p\u00e5 grund af den foresl\u00e5ede placering af den nye facilitet ville kr\u00e6ve et omfattende niveau af stedstyring for at sikre, at essentielle hospitalstjenester ikke blev forstyrret, samtidig med at der blev sigtet mod en hurtig byggeproces for at minimere byggefasen p\u00e5 stedet. HCT bragte en rigdom af erfaring fra adskillige NHS-byggeprojekter, der er blevet leveret gennem \u00e5rene. Vanguard og HCT-teamet integrerede problemfrit med Atlas Healthcare Facilities and Property Management (et helejet datterselskab af Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation)<\/em> og Blackpool Victoria Hospitals kliniske og ledelsesteam.
