{"id":7174,"date":"2024-07-05T14:34:36","date_gmt":"2024-07-05T14:34:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.q-bital.com\/?p=7174"},"modified":"2024-07-31T10:36:13","modified_gmt":"2024-07-31T10:36:13","slug":"working-in-partnership-with-avie-consulting-on-structural-engineering-and-floor-vibration-compliance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.q-bital.com\/da_dk\/working-in-partnership-with-avie-consulting-on-structural-engineering-and-floor-vibration-compliance\/","title":{"rendered":"Arbejder i partnerskab med Avie Consulting om konstruktionsteknik og overholdelse af gulvvibrationer"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hvorfor Avie?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Vi valgte specifikt Avie p\u00e5 grund af dets dedikerede team, som blandt andet tilbyder tjenester, herunder civilingeni\u00f8r, vurdering af oversv\u00f8mmelsesrisiko, off-site modulopbygning, konstruktionsteknik og unders\u00f8gelser og levedygtighedsvurderinger.<\/p>\n<p>Virksomheden blev grundlagt i 2013 af Graham Helme og Nick North for at tilbyde 50 \u00e5rs omfattende ingeni\u00f8rviden i alle markedssektorer, med en tilknyttet direkt\u00f8r involveret i hvert projekt.<\/p>\n<p>Avie Consulting har arbejdet sammen med os om den fulde struktur af to hospitalsudviklinger, herunder detaljerne for hospitalsgulvvibrationsdesign for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanguardhealthcare.co.uk\/nuffield-health-tees-hospital-and-vanguard-begin-the-construction-of-two-new-operating-theatres-to-help-nhs-and-private-patients\/#:~:text=Nuffield%20Health%20Tees%20Hospital%20has,impact%20for%20the%20hospital's%20neighbours.\">Nuffield Health Tees Hospital<\/a> og et andet modulopbygget hospitalsprojekt for at sikre overholdelseskriterier (Hospital Technical Memoranda) er opfyldt.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hvordan Q-bitals partnerskab med Avie har udviklet sig<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Vi s\u00f8gte oprindeligt r\u00e5d og vejledning fra Avie Consulting, da vi overvejede forskellene i byggeregler og design i Storbritannien og Europa. I Storbritannien er der f.eks. nogle specifikke uforholdsm\u00e6ssige krav til kollaps, takket v\u00e6re at de fleste bygninger er af murstenskonstruktion. Storbritannien har ogs\u00e5 h\u00f8jere nedb\u00f8jningsgr\u00e6nser end Europa, for hvordan en bygning svajer og p\u00e5virkes af vinden. Dette er vigtigt, fordi det har \u00e6ndret designet af vores standard modul\u00e6re enheder.<\/p>\n<p>Avie Consulting har st\u00f8ttet os i to hospitalsprojekter, et til to nye operationsstuer p\u00e5 Nuffield Tees Hospital og et p\u00e5 et andet st\u00f8rre hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Den to-etagers specialbyggede udvidelse p\u00e5 Nuffield Tees Hospital er i \u00f8jeblikket under opf\u00f8relse, hvor hovedparten af byggeriet ledes offsite af Vanguard. Det reducerer forstyrrelsen for hospitalets naboer dramatisk.<\/p>\n<p>Hovedudfordringen ved Nuffield Tees-projektet var at designe og bygge en operationsstue, der har meget h\u00f8je responskriterier, til at fungere inden for den modul\u00e6re konstruktion.<\/p>\n<p>Det andet hospitalsprojekt er langt st\u00f8rre og involverer masser af bev\u00e6gelige dele og et samarbejde med andre specialister. Der er meget information at behandle, og som s\u00e5dan brugte Avie et Building Information Modeling BIM-milj\u00f8, som kombinerer 3D-modeller til at vurdere bygningens fysiske og funktionelle karakteristika.<\/p>\n<p>Ved at bruge denne designmetode samles alt, inklusive nye dele, med en l\u00f8sning, der ikke p\u00e5virker det, der allerede er blevet gjort. Det g\u00f8r denne proces s\u00e5 effektiv og med s\u00e5 lidt indflydelse p\u00e5 andre specialister involveret i projektet som muligt.<\/p>\n<p>Et problem, Avie var medvirkende til at fjerne noget af det opf\u00f8rte st\u00e5lv\u00e6rk og bringe det ind som moduler i stedet for. Form\u00e5let med dette er at sikre mindre tid og forstyrrelser p\u00e5 stedet, som er et fungerende hospital.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hvorfor dette betyder noget<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Hospitalsbygninger skal overholde strenge kriterier fastsat i NHS Health Technical Memoranda. Struktur, og i dette tilf\u00e6lde i s\u00e6rdeleshed, gulvvibrationer kr\u00e6ver pr\u00e6cis planl\u00e6gning for at sikre, at hospitalsudstyr, for eksempel billeddannende udstyr, er placeret p\u00e5 en jordb\u00e6rende plade for at begr\u00e6nse overf\u00f8rslen af luftb\u00e5ren st\u00f8j og gulvvibrationer. P\u00e5 samme m\u00e5de b\u00f8r visse typer udstyr placeres v\u00e6k fra vibrationskilder.<\/p>\n<p>Andre vibrationsspecifikke kriterier omfatter fodfald, vibration mellem f\u00f8lsomme og ikke-f\u00f8lsomme rum, og der b\u00f8r s\u00f8rges for meget f\u00f8lsomt medicinsk udstyr.<\/p>\n<p>Det langsigtede m\u00e5l med partnerskabet mellem Q-bital og Avie Consulting er at skabe en standard strukturel designfilosofi, der er i overensstemmelse med alle tekniske memoranda.<\/p>\n<p>Dette ville betyde, at kvaliteten af de eksisterende Q-bital enheder bibeholdes og at maksimere effektiviteten af materialerne i enhederne.<\/p>\n<p>Ved design af de modul\u00e6re bygninger er der yderligere overvejelser udover konstruktionen og opfyldelse af overensstemmelseskriterierne.
