Als Reaktion darauf hat die Landesregierung den Krankenh\u00e4usern geraten, die chirurgische Aktivit\u00e4t auf dem Niveau vor der Pandemie zu halten, um sicherzustellen, dass ausreichend Kapazit\u00e4ten zur Behandlung von Coronavirus-Patienten vorhanden sind. Aber k\u00f6nnte es eine andere L\u00f6sung geben?<\/p>\n<p>Die Landesregierung hatte geplant, allen Krankenh\u00e4usern in Victoria im Juli gr\u00fcnes Licht f\u00fcr die R\u00fcckkehr zu 100% ihrer \u00fcblichen OP-Kapazit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Wahloperationen zu geben, wie es auch in anderen australischen Bundesstaaten und Territorien \u00fcblich war. Doch in den letzten Wochen wurden in Victoria fast zwei Dutzend Menschen mit Covid-19 diagnostiziert, darunter \u00c4rzte, Krankenschwestern und Sanit\u00e4ter.<\/p>\n<p>Letzte Woche wurde eine Verz\u00f6gerung bei der R\u00fcckkehr zum Vor-Covid-Niveau planm\u00e4\u00dfiger Operationen angek\u00fcndigt und den Krankenh\u00e4usern wurde geraten, bei 75% planm\u00e4\u00dfiger Operationsaktivit\u00e4t zu bleiben, um sicherzustellen, dass die Krankenh\u00e4user in der Lage sind, lebensrettende Behandlungen bereitzustellen, sollte es zu einem weiteren Anstieg der Coronavirus-F\u00e4lle kommen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Einschr\u00e4nkung f\u00fcr \u00f6ffentliche Krankenh\u00e4user bleibt bis auf Weiteres bestehen und der Plan des Staates, die immer l\u00e4nger werdenden Wartelisten der Krankenh\u00e4user abzuarbeiten, wurde auf Eis gelegt.
