Questo sostituir\u00e0 le due sale operatorie esistenti dell&#039;ospedale, che hanno 43 anni, ed \u00e8 parte integrante del beneficio del servizio sanitario nazionale e dei pazienti che pagano privatamente nella comunit\u00e0 locale. I nuovi teatri vengono costruiti utilizzando metodi di costruzione moderni e saranno edifici modulari, mentre la maggior parte della costruzione verr\u00e0 effettuata fuori sede, riducendo i disagi per i vicini dell&#039;ospedale. Inoltre, il progetto creer\u00e0 pi\u00f9 posti auto presso il sito dell&#039;ospedale di Stockton-on-Tees per far fronte alle eccedenze.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per soddisfare le normative edilizie, i consulenti di modellazione termica di BRE hanno avuto accesso ai nostri progetti, per valutarne le prestazioni termiche in base alle tipiche variazioni di calore dall&#039;interno dell&#039;edificio utilizzando un software per eseguire simulazioni sul trasferimento di calore dall&#039;interno verso l&#039;esterno, quindi confrontarlo con le linee guida e i regolamenti stabiliti.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nello specifico, BRE ha valutato:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rischi di condensa<\/li>\n<li>Quanto bene \u00e8 isolato l&#039;edificio<\/li>\n<li>Eventuali bypass termici dove il calore potrebbe fuoriuscire (attraverso strutture metalliche)<\/li>\n<li>Spazi aerei per la ventilazione, anche sotto il pavimento<\/li>\n<li>Potenziale perdita di calore complessiva dell&#039;edificio<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BRE ha inoltre prestato particolare attenzione alle aree dell&#039;edificio a pi\u00f9 alto rischio che potrebbero avere un impatto sulla perdita di calore, come:<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perch\u00e9 questo \u00e8 importante<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il governo del Regno Unito si \u00e8 impegnato a ridurre il consumo energetico degli edifici, il che significa che abbiamo lavorato a stretto contatto con BRE per utilizzare un isolamento aggiuntivo ove possibile e per avere una visione olistica dell\u2019intero tessuto dell\u2019edificio, compresi muri, finestre e tetto \u2013 per determinare se vi fosse un aumento del rischio di eccessiva perdita di calore.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il rapporto di BRE ha confrontato i livelli che noi di Q-bital stiamo raggiungendo in termini di energia ed efficienza attraverso la struttura dell&#039;edificio. Ci\u00f2 non solo rispetta le normative, ma garantisce anche l&#039;efficienza dei costi per il Nuffield Health Tees Hospital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante tutto il processo di valutazione, Vanguard ha assicurato che BRE fosse dotata di tutte le informazioni rilevanti per produrre calcoli affidabili.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I lavori sono iniziati al Nuffield Health Tees Hospital l\u20198 gennaio<sup>th<\/sup>, 2024, con una data di completamento prevista per settembre 2024.
