In totaal moesten 26 operatiekamers sluiten, twee operatiekamers tegelijk, omdat de renovatiewerkzaamheden werden uitgevoerd, wat een gedetailleerde planning door het managementteam van de Trust vereiste. Essentieel voor het project en ter bescherming van de electieve herstelstrategie van de Trust, was de bouw van een faciliteit om de verloren capaciteit te vervangen, zonder enige concessie aan de zorgstandaard. Met een voorstel dat voldeed aan de behoefte aan operatiekamers en effectieve en comfortabele afdelingsfaciliteiten voor voorbereiding en herstel, werd Q-bital Healthcare Solutions geselecteerd om met de Trust samen te werken.<\/p>\n<p>Belangrijk voor het succes van het project was dat Q-bital een &#039;mixed-modality&#039;-faciliteit kon bieden. Twee mobiele operatiekamers zouden naadloos aansluiten op een modulair gebouw. Het opnemen van de mobiele operatiekamers verkort de doorlooptijd en verlaagt de kosten, terwijl het modulaire gedeelte ontwerpflexibiliteit biedt om het optimale pati\u00ebntenpad te cre\u00ebren.<\/p>\n<p>Q-bital zou de volledige verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de naleving en het onderhoud van de faciliteit. Ook zou Q-bital een facilitator ter beschikking stellen die contact onderhoudt met het ziekenhuispersoneel v\u00f3\u00f3r, tijdens en na de ingebruikname, gedurende de duur van het contract.
