Recentelijk heeft BRE met ons samengewerkt om thermische modellering, warmteoverdracht en vochtbeoordelingen voor de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanguardhealthcare.co.uk\/nuffield-health-tees-hospital-and-vanguard-begin-the-construction-of-two-new-operating-theatres-to-help-nhs-and-private-patients\/#:~:text=Nuffield%20Health%20Tees%20Hospital%20has,impact%20for%20the%20hospital's%20neighbours.\">Nuffield Health Tees-ziekenhuis<\/a> modulair bouwproject om het behoud van brandstof en energie te beoordelen om aan de bouwvoorschriften te voldoen.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hoe Vanguard en BRE in harmonie samenwerken<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Q-bital Healthcare Solutions leidt de bouw van twee nieuwe operatiekamers op een speciaal gebouwde uitbreiding van twee verdiepingen bij het Nuffield Health Tees Hospital, onderdeel van de bredere liefdadigheidsinstelling Nuffield Health. Dit zal de twee bestaande operatiekamers van het ziekenhuis vervangen, die 43 jaar oud zijn, en komt integraal ten goede aan de NHS en particulier betalende pati\u00ebnten in de lokale gemeenschap. De nieuwe theaters worden gebouwd met behulp van moderne bouwmethoden en zullen modulaire gebouwen zijn, terwijl het grootste deel van de constructie buiten de locatie wordt uitgevoerd, waardoor de overlast voor de buren van het ziekenhuis wordt beperkt. Bovendien zal het project meer parkeerplaatsen cre\u00ebren op de ziekenhuislocatie in Stockton-on-Tees om overstroming op te vangen.<\/p>\n<p>Om aan de bouwvoorschriften te voldoen, hebben adviseurs op het gebied van thermische modellering bij BRE toegang gekregen tot onze ontwerpen, om de thermische prestaties ervan te evalueren onder typische warmtevariaties van binnenuit het gebouw door software te gebruiken om simulaties uit te voeren over de overdracht van warmte van binnen naar buiten, en die vervolgens te vergelijken met de vastgestelde richtlijnen en voorschriften.<\/p>\n<p>Concreet beoordeelde BRE:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Risico&#039;s van condensatie<\/li>\n<li>Hoe goed het gebouw ge\u00efsoleerd is<\/li>\n<li>Mogelijke thermische bypasses waar warmte kan ontsnappen (via metalen constructies)<\/li>\n<li>Luchtruimten voor ventilatie, ook onder de vloer<\/li>\n<li>Globaal potentieel warmteverlies naar het gebouw<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>BRE heeft ook bijzondere aandacht besteed aan de gebieden met het hoogste risico in het gebouw die van invloed kunnen zijn op het warmteverlies, zoals:<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Waarom dit ertoe doet<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>De Britse regering heeft zich ertoe verbonden het energieverbruik van gebouwen terug te dringen, wat betekende dat we nauw met BRE hebben samengewerkt om waar mogelijk extra isolatie te gebruiken en een holistisch beeld te krijgen van de hele constructie van het gebouw \u2013 inclusief de muren, ramen en muren. dak \u2013 om te bepalen of er een verhoogd risico was op overmatig warmteverlies.<\/p>\n<p>Het rapport van BRE vergeleek de niveaus die we bij Q-bital bereiken op het gebied van energie en effici\u00ebntie via de structuur van het gebouw.
