Behovet<\/h3>\n

St. Maarten General Hospital hade f\u00e5tt ett v\u00e4xande antal f\u00f6rfr\u00e5gningar om k\u00e4rlprocedurer och identifierade ett behov av en ny hybridoperationssal f\u00f6r att \u00f6ka sin kapacitet.<\/p>\n

Byggandet av ett nytt sjukhus hade dock redan p\u00e5b\u00f6rjats och skulle vara klart inom fem \u00e5r. Eftersom anl\u00e4ggningen bara skulle vara i drift i n\u00e5gra \u00e5r skulle den totala driftskostnaden f\u00f6r en ny intern hybridoperationssal bli relativt dyr, och sjukhusledningen ville unders\u00f6ka alternativa l\u00f6sningar. Vi blev tillfr\u00e5gade om att ta fram en modul\u00e4r l\u00f6sning.<\/p>\n

Planen<\/h3>\n

F\u00f6rslaget tillhandah\u00e5lls f\u00f6r att bygga en skr\u00e4ddarsydd, modul\u00e4r\u00a0hybriddriftsanl\u00e4ggning<\/a>, som skulle vara i drift i cirka fem \u00e5r men konstrueras f\u00f6r permanent anv\u00e4ndning.<\/p>\n

En s\u00f6ml\u00f6s koppling mellan den nya hybridoperationssalen och det befintliga operationssalkomplexet kr\u00e4vdes, och eftersom detta v\u00e5rdutrymme l\u00e5g p\u00e5 f\u00f6rsta v\u00e5ningen innebar detta en ytterligare utmaning.<\/p>\n

L\u00f6sningen skulle vara helt flexibel, vilket inneb\u00e4r att den medicinska utrustningen som finns i operationssalen skulle kunna flyttas till det nya sjukhuset n\u00e4r detta var f\u00e4rdigst\u00e4llt och den tillf\u00e4lliga, modul\u00e4ra byggnaden skulle kunna \u00e5terl\u00e4mnas f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ett nytt syfte.<\/p>\n

L\u00f6sningen<\/h3>\n

I samarbete med utrustningstillverkaren designade vi en modul\u00e4r hybridoperationsanl\u00e4ggning som uppfyllde samma krav som en traditionell byggnad. Anl\u00e4ggningen placerades p\u00e5 en st\u00e5lkonstruktion ovanf\u00f6r ambulansens entr\u00e9 till akutmottagningen, vilket m\u00f6jliggjorde en f\u00f6rbindelsekorridor till sjukhusets befintliga operationssal.<\/p>\n

Teatern har ett stort plenum och \u00e4r ISO 5-certifierad, och det finns \u00e4ven m\u00f6jligheter i taket f\u00f6r installation av pendellampor och monitorer. V\u00e4ggarna \u00e4r t\u00e4ckta med h\u00f6gtryckslaminat med ett antibakteriellt lager och golvet best\u00e5r av en betongbas, avslutad med en halvledande PVC-golvbel\u00e4ggning.<\/p>\n

Resultatet<\/h3>\n

Vi slutf\u00f6rde projektet inom bara tre m\u00e5nader efter kontraktsskrivningen, och sj\u00e4lva operationssalen installerades inom en dag.<\/p>\n

Fem \u00e5r senare togs det nya sjukhuset i bruk. Utrustningen fr\u00e5n den tillf\u00e4lliga operationssalen placerades ut i det nya sjukhuset som planerat, och den modul\u00e4ra operationssalen togs bort fr\u00e5n det gamla sjukhuset.<\/p>\n

Denna anl\u00e4ggning kan \u00e5teranv\u00e4ndas antingen tillf\u00e4lligt eller permanent efter behov och kan anv\u00e4ndas inom leveranstiden f\u00f6r ny utrustning. Storleken p\u00e5 anl\u00e4ggningen \u00e4r f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande 90 m2, men den kan anpassas till den nya anv\u00e4ndarens krav och kan ta hybridutrustning av vilket fabrikat som helst.<\/p>\n
