Rapporten, som i \u00e5r har rubriken "Anpassa sig till f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringskrafter 2020 och fram\u00e5t"<\/a>, \u00e4r centrerad kring en unders\u00f6kning av ledare inom h\u00e4lsov\u00e5rdsindustrin, genomf\u00f6rd av Australian Healthcare Week (AHW) i h\u00f6st.<\/p>\n

Sponsras av Q-bital<\/a>, den sammanst\u00e4ller insikter baserade p\u00e5 mer \u00e4n 120 intervjuer med erfarna sjukv\u00e5rdsledare och unders\u00f6ker de viktigaste drivkrafterna f\u00f6r f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring som f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande formar den australiensiska sjukv\u00e5rdsindustrin, inklusive hur sjukv\u00e5rdssektorn har f\u00f6rberett och reagerat p\u00e5 stora st\u00f6rningar orsakade av Covid-19.<\/p>\n

En viktig tr\u00e5d genom rapporten \u00e4r motst\u00e5ndskraft; genom att ompr\u00f6va utformningen och byggandet av sjukv\u00e5rdsinr\u00e4ttningar och framtidss\u00e4kra sektorn; genom utbildning, uppskolning och omskolning av v\u00e5rdpersonalen; och genom innovation och transformation med hj\u00e4lp av digitala initiativ samt teleh\u00e4lsa.<\/p>\n

Kanske inte \u00f6verraskande visar resultaten fr\u00e5n \u00e5rets unders\u00f6kning att den stora majoriteten av de tillfr\u00e5gade tror att Covid-19 kommer att f\u00f6r\u00e4ndra hur sjukv\u00e5rd, sjukhus och \u00e4ldrev\u00e5rdsinr\u00e4ttningar utformas och levereras i framtiden.<\/p>\n

Rapporten drar slutsatsen att pandemin har satt framtidss\u00e4kring i rampljuset. Totalt 64% av respondenterna arbetar redan i en milj\u00f6 d\u00e4r befintligt utrymme har omvandlats eller ut\u00f6kats som svar p\u00e5 utbrottet, medan 57% av respondenterna har b\u00f6rjat vidta \u00e5tg\u00e4rder f\u00f6r att framtidss\u00e4kra sin sjukv\u00e5rdsinr\u00e4ttning f\u00f6r att m\u00f6ta f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrade patientkrav i framtiden.<\/p>\n

Det \u00e4r dock inte bara befintliga utrymmen som ut\u00f6kas f\u00f6r att hantera pandemin; vissa blickar utanf\u00f6r sjukhusets v\u00e4ggar och v\u00e4nder sig till flexibel v\u00e5rdinfrastruktur, s\u00e5som mobila och modul\u00e4ra avdelningar och operationssalar. N\u00e4r de tillfr\u00e5gades om de viktigaste \u00f6verv\u00e4gandena vid utformningen av en ny v\u00e5rdinr\u00e4ttning, rankades "flexibilitet och utbyggbarhet" p\u00e5 andra plats, d\u00e4r 20% av respondenterna angav detta som den viktigaste faktorn.<\/p>\n
