Rebecca was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Q-bital Healthcare Solutions in September 2026. She brings extensive leadership experience across healthcare, strategy, transformation and operations, with a strong track record of growing high-quality healthcare services and working in partnership with the NHS.
Prior to joining Q-bital, Rebecca spent seven years with Specsavers Group, including more than four years as Managing Director of Newmedica, one of the UK’s leading providers of specialist eye care. Under her leadership, Newmedica significantly expanded its national footprint while working closely with NHS commissioners and healthcare partners to increase access to care. Rebecca has also held senior roles with Specsavers and ASDA, following an earlier career with KPMG.
As CEO, Rebecca leads the wider Vanguard Group, including Vanguard Healthcare Solutions, Q-bital Healthcare Solutions, and Q-bital Life Sciences. She is passionate about maintaining high clinical quality, strengthening partnerships, driving innovation and ensuring Q-bital continues to provide flexible healthcare infrastructure that helps healthcare providers increase capacity and deliver more care for patients.
