We are specialists at offering healthcare facility solutions that can be standardised or bespoke, rented or purchased, dependant on your requirements.
We offer a range of contracting options and can work to your capital or operational expenditure priorities. Our Healthcare Spaces are available on several different frameworks for simplicity and convenience. Our team will take you through the options and guide you every step of the way.
We take our ethical, sustainability and social responsibilities seriously and consistently embed, and apply, our corporate social values to our commercial operations. As an international company, we prioritise finding ways to reduce road miles and international travel wherever possible. On occasions when this is not achievable, we off-set the environmental impact of our travel.
As a key supplier to healthcare providers, we have responsibilities which need to be reflected in our operations and our supply chain. We want to see these ethical values demonstrated by our suppliers who are critical to how we operate, in future looking towards our key suppliers having ISO 14001 and 45001 standards or other relevant professional accreditations.
Our expectation is that all our suppliers comply with the applicable environmental laws, regulations, and standards. If they are not already doing so, we request that they set up systems and controls to identify and eliminate potential hazards to the environment, which are proportionate to the risk.
Our supply chain stretches across the UK, Europe, or Australia. We are clear in our contracts and commercial relationships of our supplier’s operating standards.
We incorporate our ESG values in our operations, our people, and our supply chain. We support our supply chain where there is a need to adapt to achieve our ESG goals.
Our ESG strategy is underpinned by our:
Responsibilities as a key supplier to the NHS
Shared objectives as defined in the NHS Green Plan
Desire to operate ethically and responsibly
Preparedness for ESG regulation
Ability to demonstrate our commitment to ESG and ethical operations to investors (current and future)
We consider our suppliers’:
Energy and fuel efficiency
Health and safety policies
Use of local employment
Apprenticeships and training record
As a provider of healthcare solutions, we are patient focussed. At all times, our priorities lie with the care and safety of patients and our customers; we expect our suppliers to share these priorities.
Our reputation is built on our ability to deliver high quality Healthcare Spaces. As our regulatory requirements increase, we wish to retain those suppliers who deliver to our standards so we that we can continue to build on our success to date.
Whilst remaining competitive, we ensure our supply chain supports our corporate ambitions, by exploring and piloting new products, materials, and services.
We are an international group, and we are on a journey towards becoming carbon neutral. Building on our existing commitment, we will continue to improve our environmental credentials to enable us to meet the sustainability targets we set for ourselves in our ESG Strategy 2022—2035.
