As part of the Vanguard Healthcare Solutions family established in 1999, we specialize in purpose-designed and built mobile and modular facilities, offering new or replacement healthcare spaces including operating rooms, endoscopy suites, and sterilisation and diagnostic departments.
We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) – for the The Netherlands and Flanders area to join our dynamic sales team.
Working remotely with occasional visits to our European head office in Nieuwegein, the Netherlands, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and diversification strategy.
- Develop and execute sales and rental strategies in healthcare solutions for The Netherlands and Flemish-speaking regions of Belgium
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, authorities, consultants, and private healthcare companies
- Collaborate with partners in healthcare, construction, and medical equipment sectors
- Secure project wins in CSSD rental and maintain a visible pipeline of CSSD rental opportunities into 2025
- Develop a pipeline of opportunities in OT, Endoscopy, and Diagnostic facilities in The Netherlands and Flemish-speaking Belgium
- Deliver presentations to public and private hospitals to generate interest and opportunity
- Identify and capitalize on early opportunities in The Netherlands and Belgium across Q-bital products
- Establish connections in the PLS industry and explore potential opportunities
- Attend monthly face-to-face BD sessions in The Netherlands
- Provide weekly reports on current and future activities through Pipedrive
- Maintain a strong face-to-face appointment schedule, ensuring weekly client visits

- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in sales and business development
- Experience in healthcare and ideally construction sectors
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint

- Possessing a target-oriented commercial mindset
- Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
