Graham Rich

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Graham was appointed Chair of Q-bital Healthcare Solutions in July 2021 and currently also serves as Chief Executive Officer. He brings extensive strategic and operational leadership experience gained across healthcare delivery, digital transformation, and corporate governance.

Tobi Gowers

Chief Financial Officer (CFO), BSc, FCA

Tobi joined Q-bital in January 2019 as Chief Financial Officer.

Lindsay Dransfield

Chief Growth Officer

Lindsay joined Q-bital in September 2018 and brings significant experience in Sales and Business Development to the role.

Angela Dillon

Managing Director, Mobile, FCCA

Angela was appointed to the executive team in 2017 as Finance Director, and was appointed Operational Finance Director in 2020.

Mark Fox

Managing Director, Modular (MD) CMgr MCMI

Mark Joined Q-bital in November 2023 with more than two decades of experience in off-site construction, manufacturing, and large-scale operations.

Lucy Williams

People Director, Chartered MCIPD, PG Dip

Lucy joined Q-bital Healthcare Solutions in 2021 and provides strategic leadership of the Group’s People agenda across the UK and international operations.
